Beginner Course

  • Ideal for those who are new to tennis or for those who need to refresh those shots from years ago.
  • Great for parents to keep up with their kids.
  • 6 week course covering all the shots. Follow on course available

Monday 7.15 – 8.15pm (New Course Starts on the 9th of Sep)

Improver/Intermediate Class

  • Can hit all the main shots in tennis, a lot of tactics and game situations relevant to singles and doubles.

Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity for anyone at any playing level looking for a fun way to burn calories & interact with others outside of the gym.

Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

Cardio tennis

Cardio Tennis has slowly become known as the “third way to play tennis,” rather than the traditional singles and doubles matches. Classes are geared towards keeping players in their target heart-rate zone so they can burn the most calories and get the best workout possible in the hour long sessions. Men can burn between 500-600 calories in one class, whereas women can burn between 300 and 500 calories. Rather than being about “playing” tennis, its more about training and the great cardiovascular workout the program provides.
