Cardio Tennis

  • A fun sociable workout on the tennis court where you hit lots of tennis balls available for all standards.
  • Burn upto 800 calories, lots of stations and exercises to improve your fitness.
  • Book 5 Sessions below

Tuesdays             8.00pm – 9.00pm

Beginner Course

  • Ideal for those who are new to tennis or for those who need to refresh those shots from years ago.
  • Great for parents to keep up with their kids.
  • 6 week course covering all the shots. Follow on course available

Monday 7.15 – 8.15pm (New Course Starts on the 3rd of June)

Fridays 7.00 – 8.00pm (New course starts on the 26th of April)

Improver/Intermediate Class

  • Can hit all the main shots in tennis, a lot of tactics and game situations relevant to singles and doubles.

Sunday morning 9.00am – 10.00am
